02 / RETURNS & REFUNDS
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply and are not limited by this policy.
